Escan shall provide maintenance and/or loaner equipment for the items listed below for a period of one (1) year

starting from the date of this contract. Additional annual coverage will be offered by Escan at the completion of this contract. 

 

Maintenance and repair work will be done in-house. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the product(s) sent to Escan.

 

Telephone Technical Support is FREE for the first 30 days from the date of purchase.  If this service is desired it will commence on the 31st day after the date of purchase.  To service you more efficiently, we request you email (techsupport@e-scan.com) or fax (951-270-0920) your problem.  We will respond to your request with a soon as possible, not to exceed a 24-hour period. 

 

Loaner equipment  will consist of an equivalent product that will be shipped to the customer for use while their product is being repaired. Escan will not be held responsible for repairing or supplying loaners for products that have been negligently abused or deliberately damaged by the customer. 

 

NOTE:  A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required to return a defective product.
